| Job Description |
- 1) Prepare financial reports and statements to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- 2) Monitor internal financial activities and provide the CEF with fund shortage problem solutions and recommendation for financial improvements
- 3) Oversee cash flow and financial instruments
- 4) Prepare business activity reports, annual budgets, and financial position forecasts by analyzing future earnings and expenses
- 5) Plan and direct accounting and investing activities; Direct and supervise purchase of materials and services, and authorize disbursements of funds in accordance with company policies and procedures
- 6) Correspond with banking and insurance institutions
- 7) Supervise training programs for accounting/finance department, and monitor, supervise, and evaluate accounting and other financial staffs’ work performance

| Requirement |
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or other related field of studies plus 5 years of post-graduate, progressive experience. In alternative, Master’s degree in said field of studies plus minimum 3 years of post-graduate progressive experience are also acceptable |
