| Job Description |
Research, collect, and analyze market data, and develop & implement marketing strategy based on market analysis. Direct and supervise subordinate employees and conduct organizational evaluation. Prepare a monthly and quarterly managerial KPI, MBO, EVA reports. Develop and implement management programs of Business Risk Management Index, Market Volatility Index, Production and Operation KPI for internal record system. Receive complaints from customers and develop solutions and recommendations by evaluating business operations and develop inventory, cost, and quality control programs.

| Requirement |
Must have an Associates degree in Business Management/Business Administration or other closely related fields + min 2 years of experience required. High school diploma plus 4 years of experience is also acceptable.
