| Job Description |
Research laws and draft memorandums, letters and correspondences to corporate clients and vendors/suppliers; Review and analyze the probable outcomes of cases and examine legal data, and contact company attorneys for discussions/consultations; Review contracts and other legal documents; and Attend corporate officers meetings and present legal studies.

| Requirement |
Must have a bachelors degree in law and progressive 5 years of experience. LLM plus 3 years of experience is also acceptable.
