| Job Description |
- 1) Direct and implement cash & other asset management
- 2) Develop strategies and policies and implement the company financial goals
- 3) Analyze future earnings & expenses, and forecast company’s financial position
- 4) Supervise financial reports & business activity reports preparation
- 5)Coordinate audits of internal accounts and financial transactions to ensure compliance with governmental regulatory requirements
- 6) Oversee cash flows and financial instruments
- 7) Recruit and terminate staff members at Accounting Department
- 8) Monitor financial activities and prepare monthly reports for CEO’s review

| Requirement |
Extensive knowledge & experience in utilizing Quick Book, MS Office, and Peachtree required. Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration//Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or other related fields of studies required. Bachelor’s degree in said fields plus post-graduate, progressive 5 years of experience also acceptable.
