| Job Description |
Perform chemical and physical laboratory studies for manufacture of consumer electronics, including feasibility of process and techniques. Test the method of production process to determine the degree of control over variables such as temperature, density and pressure. Conduct research to develop new manufacturing process, and develop operation procedures for consumer electronics. Determine the methods of assembling materials and parts, and design and plan layout of equipment. Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with standards and specifications. Supervise raw material orders, and prepare material analysis reports and production cost estimates. Develop programs of sampling and analysis to maintain quality standards of raw materials and products.

| Requirement |
Exceptional ability and skills for analysis and critical decision making required. Must have a Masters degree in Chemistry, Physics, or other related fields of studies plus 3 years of experience. Bachelors degree in said fields plus post-graduate, progressive 5 years of experience is also acceptable.
