| Job Description |
Prepare cash receipt/disbursement ledgers, account receivable/payable, and payroll documents utilizing Quickbooks Enterprise and SAP system; Record journal entries and financial transactions based on reverse logistics accounting; Conduct cost accounting using various databases and tools, including MS Office Suite, QB, proprietary MES system, and SAP system.; Communicate with AR factoring financial institutions, private investors, and banks in order to provide required financial documents.; Prepare bank reconciliations and conduct audit preparation; Prepare internal financial statements, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow projection; Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls and non-compliance with laws and regulations; Develop, analyze, and implement recordkeeping and accounting systems.; Analyze budgeting and accounting reports in order to maintain expenditure controls and allocation of materials and finished products; Report financial conditions to the CFO; and Document findings of study and analysis and prepare recommendations for implementation of new accounting systems, including budget allocations.

Must have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or other closed related fields.
